With over 20 years of professional experience in health coaching and fitness, Sharon has devoted her career to empowering people to thrive—mentally, physically and emotionally.
A qualified Personal Trainer, NLP Master Coach and NLP Trainer, Sharon brings a deep understanding of human behaviour and the mindset shifts required for long-term health. Her retreats are known for their immersive, life-changing approach, helping guests develop self-awareness, emotional resilience and better-quality relationships.
Central to Sharon’s philosophy is the belief that wellbeing is closely tied to our relationship with ourselves and the way we perceive the world. Throughout the retreat, she guides participants in cultivating self-leadership—an essential foundation for reducing stress, enhancing fulfilment, improving physical performance and navigating life with greater confidence.
With a BSc in Sustainable Development, Sharon also weaves her commitment to nature and environmental care into every Solas retreat, ensuring guests experience the grounding and healing influence of the natural world.
