Smiths Beach Resort was pleased to welcome a group of leading Indian travel trade partners this week as part of Tourism Western Australia’s India familiarisation program.
The group is visiting Western Australia from 4–12 September 2026 and includes decision-makers from Windmill Holidays, V-Explore, Traviante, Maurya Travels, Tour On, Miles High Travel Solutions and VConnect Holidays.
During their visit, the group toured Smiths Beach Resort with our Business Development Manager before experiencing some of the surrounding Margaret River Region, including a visit to nearby Canal Rocks.
With spectacular weather providing the perfect backdrop, the group shared extremely positive feedback on both the resort and the region.
Familiarisation visits such as these provide valuable first-hand product and destination knowledge, helping international travel partners confidently recommend Western Australia to their clients and develop new business opportunities within key markets.
